Welcome to Jifari. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.jifari.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

2. Products

We make every effort to display our smart rings, their features, and their specifications as accurately as possible. Colors, sizing, and minor design details may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to display settings or manufacturing tolerances. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct a listing error at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

5. Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of Jifari or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
